With  Kimpton's focus on bringing you remarkable experiences in wine and fine dining, it's little wonder we've done our own brilliant pairing. In this case, we've collaborated with Washington State's leading winemaker, Chateau Ste. Michelle, to bring you the ultimate wine-tinted Seattle experience: Our Chateau Ste. Michelle suite. Our most generously sized suite at 700 square feet, this top-floor luxury suite features amenities such as king four-poster canopied bed, dual-sided fireplace and 2-person jetted tub. Michelle wines as well as photography and design elements that bring the Chateau and Washington wine country right into your urban retreat.

Learn More about Chateau Ste. Michelle's History

For this pinnacle experience, our obvious choice was Chateau Ste. Michelle. Combining Old World wine-making traditions with New World innovation, the winery is the largest and oldest in Washington State with roots stretching back to the end of Prohibition. Over the decades, Chateau Ste. Michelle has flourished to become a world-class winery with a sought-after portfolio of wines ranging from the Ethos Reserve vintage wine collection, a limited production emphasizing European-style complexity, to the terroir-driven Single Vineyard wines which celebrate a Washington sense of place from vineyards such as Canoe Ridge Estate and Cold Creek.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Day Trips & Tours

Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of the few premium wineries in the world with two state-of-the-art wineries: one located at the Chateau in Woodinville dedicated to white wine, and a second at the Canoe Ridge Estate winery in Eastern Washington dedicated to reds. The winery can also take credit for putting the now-popular King County wine country of Woodinville on the map. An easy daytrip from the greater Seattle area, now thousands visit the Woodinville area every weekend to explore a rapidly evolving wine country brimming with tasting rooms, fine restaurants and even craft breweries. Receiving over 300,000 visitors per year, Chateau Ste. Michelle offers an array of tours ranging from complimentary tours and tastings to "ultimate" tours featuring the pairing of fine cheeses with some of the Chateau's finest pours. You can even take part in regularly scheduled tours of the Chateau's exquisite gardens.

Much more than wine however, Chateau Ste. Michelle celebrates the art of living well by providing visitors to its European-style chateau and 105-acre estate a full complement of experiences. Opportunities include outdoor summer concerts in a 4,300-seat amphitheater, luxury car shows and seasonal winemaker dinners created by Chateau Ste. Michelle's award-winning culinary team to name a few. Rest assured however you arrive at Chateau Ste. Michelle - whether it's our suite or their estate -- it's guaranteed to be a top-shelf experience.
